Here is how we handle your details when you apply for a creator partnership.
Who is responsible?
MagiMo is operated by MagnetBuen ApS (Danish company registration no. 45676501), which is responsible for your information. Contact us at collab@magnetbuen.dk.
Your application
We use what you enter in the form to review your idea and contact you if we see a good match. These are steps towards a possible partnership that you requested. If we do not work together, we keep your application for up to 24 months in case a later opportunity suits you. Our interest in planning future partnerships is the basis for this retention. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Netlify receives the form and filters spam. Make transfers verified applications to our workspace in Notion. These providers process information on our behalf and may use services outside the EU/EEA.
Statistics and ad measurement
If you choose statistics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to and use of this site. Google may set cookies and process information about your visit. We do not send your email address or form answers to Google Analytics. Statistics are optional, and the site works without them.
We separately ask whether we may use your email to measure if ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead to applications. Only if you say yes, and only after a verified application, we send Meta a technically transformed version of your email and the fact that you applied. We do not send your ideas or product wishes. You can apply without agreeing.
You can choose statistics and ad measurement separately. We remember your choices in your browser for up to six months. You can change them using at the bottom of the page. This stops future transfers; contact us about information already sent.
Emails and your rights
We only send offers and inspiration by email if you choose that option in the form. You can unsubscribe at any time. If we work together, we may keep details needed for our agreement and legally required records for longer.
You can request access, correction, or deletion, and object to our use of your information by emailing collab@magnetbuen.dk. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
